Yes. Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they have not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged, and are free of stains, odors, or signs of use. We may ask for your order number or proof of purchase.<\/p>

Refunds are issued via the original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees. Original and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Cancellation Policy<\/p>

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started. After 24 hours, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.<\/p>

Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation. Design, digitization, setup, or artwork preparation fees already completed may be non-refundable.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery, providing your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and the problem. If the shipping box was damaged, please also include photos of the packaging.<\/p>

Keep the product and its packaging until we have reviewed your claim. Depending on the situation, we may offer a remedy, a replacement, an exchange, or a refund.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

For certain custom orders, we provide a digital proof or mockup. Please review everything carefully: spelling, names, dates, numbers, design, garment style, color, size, quantity, design dimensions, and decoration location and method.<\/p>

Approval of the proof authorizes us to produce the order exactly as approved. Once production has begun, changes may no longer be possible, and any modifications we are able to make could incur an additional cost.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The quality of the final product depends in part on the design you submit. If your file requires vectorization, cleanup, recreation, redesign, print preparation, or digitization for embroidery, an additional fee may apply.<\/p>

Production & Shipping<\/p>

Production and shipping times are separate. Production begins once payment, design approval, product availability, and all order details are confirmed.<\/p>

Production takes a maximum of 14 business days. Large, complex, or special orders may require additional time. Shipping time is calculated separately and begins once production is complete.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

When tracking is available, we send it once the order ships. Give the carrier some time to update the status: a label being created does not always mean the package is already physically in their hands.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

First check the shipping address on your order, look around the delivery area, ask household members, neighbors, the front desk or building management, review any delivery photo or carrier notification, and contact the carrier directly.<\/p>

We serve primarily customers in the United States. When international shipping is offered for a specific order, additional shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees may apply and are generally the recipient’s responsibility. Color Accuracy: Screen colors are for reference only. Select the correct Pantone before printing for greater color accuracy. Minor variations may occur during production.<\/p>

We collect only what we reasonably need to process orders, produce your items, handle payments and shipping, provide support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer personal information, and we do not use it to train large language models.<\/p>

Payments are handled by third-party processors. We will never ask you to send full card numbers, CVV codes or banking passwords by email, text or social media.
